We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to enroll for your payment plan with FACTS. Please go to the FACTS Web site to set up your online account and begin paying your Madison Waldorf tuition online.

Tuition Adjustment

We are committed to making Waldorf education financially accessible to families. Tuition Adjustment based on financial need is available. Interested parents should fill out FACTS financial assessment. Once this is done, stop by the MWS office and fill out one of our Madison Waldorf Tuition Adjustment forms.

The Tuition Adjustment committee meets internally to review tuition adjustment results from FACTS and finalizes awards. Please contact our school Enrollment Coordinator with any questions.
