Join us for one of our Eurythmy Workshops!

Eurythmy is an expressive art movement developed by Rudolf Steiner, founder of the Waldorf School movement. Eurhythmy is a physical exercise which connects language with movement and music, encouraging confidence, emotional maturity and a deeper appreciation for the world around us.

Professionally trained euthrythmist Lynn Stull will be leading workshops in eurythmy for interested adults at the Madison Waldorf School on the following dates:

Saturday, November 10th, 9 – 10:15 AM, $15
Eurythmy for Adults Workshop: Beauty
Learn how to practice and carry the soul qualities of beauty into our everyday lives.

Eurythmy for Adults Workshop: Stress Reduction
Learn how to use eurythmy to reduce stress and keep a sense of humor during the holiday season.

Eurythmy shoes will be provided, as will other materials. No experience necessary, beginners welcome.
