For expectant mothers, babes-in-arms, toddlers and parent/caregivers.
Madison Waldorf School’s Parent-Child Program provides Waldorf Education and resources for parents and their young child from prenatal – 5 years old. Led by Childbirth Educator, Doula, Healer, Author, and Waldorf Parent of three Kerstin Keber Smith, MA; parents learn about child development in a supportive space. Playgroup nurtures each child’s imagination and sense of wonder while surrounded by the warmth and love of caregivers. Experience the world of difference a Waldorf Education can make for your family.
This unique program meets one day a week, where a small group of parents and children come together to meet new friends and share the wonders of the first few years of life.
We encourage young children to explore and socially engage in the wonders of imaginative play with toys made of natural materials, while parents gather to make beautiful and simple crafts.
Children are tenderly guided through the gentle rhythm of circle time, providing them with a rich experience of music and rhyme.
Offering quarterly sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9am-11am.
Drop in punch cards available for expectant mothers and babes-in-arms younger than 18-months old for Tuesday afternoon 1pm-3pm. We understand that little ones don’t always follow a schedule. That is why the punch cards are good for the entire 2016-17 school year.
